Law & Order

The Scales of Justice

So today I went to court to face the music against my speeding ticket that I recieved in the parking lot of the Freehold Mall. After waiting over an hour to speak with the Prosecutor I was delighted to find out that they were dropping my 4 point ticket to a zero point ticket. How you ask? Well I’ll tell you…

You see when it was my turn to speak to the prosecutor, who by the way was female, I sat down and basically said, “I’m not here to contest the fact that I was speeding, in fact I freely admit that. I am just here to see if we can work something out so that I get less points.” The Prosecutor looked at me and said, “Sean I appreciate your candor and honesty and for that I’m willing to drop you down to NO POINTS but I must inform you there is a hefty fine…” That hefty fine turned out to be $439.00. So rather then get raped on insurance for the next 3 years I took the “Unsafe Driving” and called it a day…

To the credit of Freehold Township, your Police may suck, but your Prosecutor and Judge were very nice and I enjoyed dealing with them so thank you for that…

So in all after all of the pull overs, the warnings, the unclear licence plate tickets, failure to obey signs tickets, and yes actual speeding tickets I feel that I actually made out by going to court. Yes it cost me nearly $500 but in the end I beat the insurance companies and thats all that matters in NJ now isn’t it…

Still two tributes left they’re coming I promise…

Till next time… “And HE SAID PLAY THE BEST SONG IN THE WORLD…”

So I am in line

So I am in line right now waiting to speak to the prosecutor in “The State of New Jersey VS. Sean Piotrowski”. Let’s hope she is willing to drop down to two points…

The Uber Tap

So I was putzing around on the Internet the other day when I came across this mighty invention, The Uber Tap. Apparently its the best tap ever made. It lets you pour 3 beers at the same time and its capable of outputting, “11 12 oz. beers / min., 5 times quicker than a common keg tap. ” Read more
