This weekend was a Media filled weekend. DVDs, CDs, Movies, and Ikea. I guess we should get to the talking now shouldn’t we…

So this weekend one of the movies I was waiting for, for a long time to come out and then started to not care came out Friday. Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, to sum up in a rant-free non boring review, was good. But did not compare to the original. After much thought and contemplation I was able to deduce that there were aspects of the new film I enjoyed but as a whole it just did not compare to the original…

The Wedding Crashers, saw it on Saturday night. Fuckin’ hilarious. Go see it. Crystal loved it too. Thats all I have to say about that…

The third and Final movie I saw this weekend was March of the Penguins. It is a documentary about the journey Emperor Penguins make each year in order to mate. It is going to soon have a national release and I recommend you all see it. It is a very well made, very interesting, and very entertaining documentary. I learned many facts that I did not know about Penguins and had a lot of fun watching them in action. Do yourself a favor and check this one out too…

So I received a free one year subscription to Radar Magazine, and I must say its one of the freshest, most entertaining, and in your face magazines I have read in a long time. I have not been this excited about a magazine since Transworld Stance, which has tragically come and gone. Do yourself a favor and go pick up an issue…

   I still have several episodes of He-Man on tape at my cousin’s house. Sometimes I get the urge to ask for them, but we’ve been fighting over those tapes since we were kids and somehow I don’t think it ended in the 90s.

   Thundercats, lovely. But what about the Gargoyles? I liked that one.

   Sounds like a divorce argument alright! Gargoyles are available. You know Commander Riker was a voice on Gargoyles. I was never really a big fan of the show however…

   i also recommend GIANT mag. it was pretty interesting when i was waiting to get my haircut. also CARGO. cargo is the magazine that makes u feel a little gay but will help get chicks and also will make u spend all ur money. its tight. peace.

   Turbo you need to come smoke real cigars with me. I just bought a Humidor that can hold many cigars and it can even be full submerged under water and not even cause any damage to the cigars! Its an Otter Box! We must embrace, eat meat, and smoke cigars soon…
