“A story among stories…”

So last night Kay and I ventured up to New York City to go and visit 1985 and Dara. Kay drove, this was also my first time in a car with her, and I must say she is my identical twin of driving. Well rolled into New York and parked. 1985 and Dara were at some type of show thing so we had some time to kill. We walked around and settled on going into the Grand Saloon for a snack and some beer. While here we snacked on Fried Kalimari and beer. Everything was super tasty. Later on we get a call from 1985. He says he’s walking back to meet us and that he was on 14th street. Kay and I decide to leave and go and meet him halfway. So we walk for about 10 minutes and then we realize that WE HAD BEEN WALKING IN THE WRONG DIRECTION! We ended up on 31st from 23rd. We should have been on 14th. After meeting up with Chris and Dara we hit up a diner and then we went to a bar called “Trailer Park”. It was this very tacky trailer trash place. It was super cool and we had just missed the Elvis impersonators. We had a few drinks there and we left. We were walking back to Chris’ when I see Chris say “whats up?” to this guy. The guy looked real familiar. Turns out it was BAM MARGERA. I then of course turn around and yell, “BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAM!” and then 30 seconds later, “I HAVE YOUR SHOES!” which I just happened to be wearing that night. We headed back to Chris’ room where we watched his Aquarium DVD which was just as amazing as his Fireplace DVD. We were all tired and it was near 4 AM so we packed it in…

Kay and I had to leave early because she had to pick up her boss and his daugther from a cruise ship in NYC. Upon arriving at the ship terminal we found out that we had an hour before they got off the ship so we went and got breakfast. What I would have given for a different t-shirt. I was freaking stuck wearing my Bam t-shirt and my Bam shoes and my black volcom hat. I felt like a fuckin 8 year old boy. DAMN ME AND MY LACK OF PLANNING! ARGH! Anyway we got them drove back and discussed Big Bird Record players and things of that sort…

After all of that and 4 hours of sleep I had to go to Trenton to meet Comcast so they could install our digital cable and so I could move my furniture in. Well Comcast was supposed to be there between 3 and 5 they didn’t show till 5:30. On top of that the freakin bed frame I spent 4 hours trying to buy was for a twin not a full bed EVEN THOUGH THE FREAKIN SLEEP PEOPLE SWORE IT WOULD FIT A FULL SIZED BED! So I had to drive to freakin Mercerville to not get raped by the price of a bed frame and shit. They guy who was workin there was a cool cat. I was rockin’ my “LISTEN TO CKY” shirt and he’s like whats CKY? I’m like A BAND. He’s like whats it stand for? I’m like CAMP KILL YOURSELF. Then he goes, “Don’t all camps make you feel that way?” It was great we had a good laugh over that. He also informed me that my mattress and box spring from 1960 something is still made today. Except it goes for $1,300. Apparently the mattress I sleep on is like reguarded in mattress history as one of the top mattresses. Tim was amazed at the fact that I actually had one. Then I went back to my Trenton home. Assembeled my bed, entertainment center, positioned my furniture, and put up my rope lights. Then it was time to put my posters up. ONLY THE FUCKING TAPE WOULDN’T STICK TO MY WALLS! ARGH!!!!!!!!! It was then 11:15. I had spent close to 9 hours allready there. I decided it was time to go. I had to clean the room up. Then pack up the old TWIN bed frame in the box. Except it wouldn’t fit in the box. So I got all aggrivated. Then I took out the garbage and got the back of my calf sliced open because of a stray piece of metal. Then I put everyting in my car, locked up, and sat in my car ONLY TO GET HIT IN THE BACK OF THE ELBOW BY THE DAMN BED FRAME! I needed to calm down. Only one thing could do that and her name is Wendy…She fed me a Spicy Chicken Sandwhich, Bacon Mushroom Melt, Biggie Fries, and Biggie Iced Tea. Also for the first time this summer there was ice left over in the cup. It calmed me down for the ride home…

I drove home to my house in Toms River. I was beat. I was tired. I was cranky. I was bleeding. I was full. I had Swamp Ass. I climed the stairs to go to my room and crash on my bed but OH WAIT I FORGOT I DON’T HAVE A BED IN MY ROOM ANYMORE! So I sat at my computer for a bit and caught up on e-mails and such and THEN my 2nd hard drive died. I had had enough for one day. I put my pajamas on and slept in my sister’s bed . (Don’t worry my sister wasn’t home because shes away with my parents) I was OH SO LOOKING foward to the morning because I had work…Nothing could possibly get worse then this…

So I get to work today only to find out…THATWe got hit by two major viri, the network was completely shut down, AND we had to MANUALLY manufacture 900 CDS with LABELS BY HAND to combat this problem…

When it rains it pours…

By my calculations next time you hear from me it’ll probabily be from my house in Trenton. So…

Till next time…”We’re caught in a trap I can’t walk out…”

“My second home…Behind the wheel of my car.”

The realest part is my reflection’s clear I know its crazy but the end is near. We’re all alone, and judgements will reveal Deep coat cause some will have eternity. Hello all and welcome to another edition. I will say that my weekend at the condo was not that bad BUT I am glad to be back in good old Toms River, NJ. So I have all this free time for the next 4 days and I really do not know what to do with myself. I have made plans though for what to do for the next couple of days. Kay and I are venturing to NYC to meet up with 1985 and the always intoxicating Dara Rosenhaft. (And by intoxicating I mean I always feel the need to drink when I’m around her) :-P So I am looking foward to that. I also will be putting the finishing touches on the room and cannot wait till that is finished…

Saturday was another Atlantic City trip for the books. I was up like $180 and I lost it all. So I broke even for the night. Not bad. One cool thing was I had $20 in $2 coins so I put $6 worth into a slot machine and won $60 with on pull of the handle. That was hot. GOTTA LOVE THE ATLANTIC CITY…

Tonight Lord of the Rings: Two Towers comes out. I am estatic. Also Animal House: Double Secret Probation Edition comes out too. Being that I was the first person to ever have a COLLEGE shirt before it became cool to wear them I will be picking it up because I am a fan…

Well I just figured I’d check in with you all and say hello. Expect interesting things this week I’ve got some ideas brewing…

Till next time…”This is just my destiny so come with me”

“Kay has left her mark…”

Its finally done! The walls of my Trenton home room are BLACK. After 3 days of ripping down vinyl, 1 day painting the ceiling, and 2 days painting the walls, it is finally finished. Kay and I yesterday finished the second coat on the walls amongst some paint fights, which got pretty vicious. Now her and I have to paint the moldings around the doors and we’ll be done COMPLETELY! WOOOO WHOO! I never thought this would happen. But it finally has. Next week I will be placing my furniture which is all pretty much up at the house allready into my room with my carpet and my amazing posters. When everything is all said and done I will bring you full documentation of the greatness of my new room…

Well I have to go to the Condo for a few days. Don’t ask why, just accept that I have to go. So I won’t be updating again until probabily Sunday night when I return. I figured I’d let you all know so you don’t just assume I’m being a shitty web guy and not updating. :-P

I have all of next week off except Friday. I am looking foward to this very much for it will be a nice refresher before I head back to school and you know my best material comes when I am at school so I bet you’re all looking foward to that ;-)…

I’m just gonna end this now because I don’t really have much to say today and I feel like I’m beating a dead horse…

Till next time…”When there is lightning you know it always brings me down…”

“There was a time when this was the only bounty hunter I ever knew…”

Today I was reminded of someone who I think I will never forget as long as I live, Mike The Bounty Hunter. Mike the Bounty Hunter was a man in his 30’s who would come and hang out at Funcoland. You see he was friends with Corey when he worked for Funco and thats how he started coming in. Then after Corey left he still came in because we had struck up a friendship during his visits to Corey. Mike was a memorable man and I will tell you why…

Mike was a recent PS2 owner. His wife had bought one for him for his birthday and he loved it. He was all about the new games and such and would come in once a week, sometimes more, and check out the new stuff. He’d stay for a few hours and we’d shoot the breeze because usually no one ever came in. Mike told me he was a bounty hunter. He would go across NJ state lines with his “team members” and they would track and hunt a criminal and bring them back to NJ to serve their warrant. Mike owned many guns and had used them many times. I think its even safe to say he probabily had killed a man…

Mike had a mullet which he kept in a pony tale that he would pull through the back hole of his adjustable hat. He never let anyone see it in its full mullet-y glory. I on the other hand was privledged once to actually see it. It was a site to behold and probabily the greatest mullet I’d ever seen…

Mike The Bounty Hunter was into many things. On top of being a bounty hunter he owned a transportation company. He also was into hunting and video games. Mike was also the man behind the Patrotic float I rode during the 2001 Toms River Halloween Parade in which I was Abe Lincoln. Mike also was a member of a Ghost hunting team. You see he would meet up with this group of people and every year they would go out for about 3 weeks and hunt ghosts. The team was made up of: One Super Rich Young Scientist, One Occult Expert, One Technology Expert, and Mike was the Weapons Expert. They used to go out in the middle of the woods in this crazy ass RV, that made the one in Stripes look tame, for like 3 weeks and they would go seek out these abandoned houses in the middle of the woods like 10 to 20 miles deep on a dirt road somewhere in the Pine Barrens. Mike of course would be armed with heavy artillary. They seriously sounded like the fucking S.T.A.R.S. Team from Resident Evil. It was fuckin rediculous. He invited me once but I declined because I could not take three weeks of school off nor would I want to be in the woods 20 miles away from an asphault road hunting the supernatural. He swore he had seen things that he said would change my perspective on life. He always said he had this video tape he wanted to show me from one of the “hunting” trips that he said would probabily give me nightmares for the rest of my life…

I’ll never forget the time Mike the Bounty Hunter went to get pizza down at the Pizza Plaza and he sprung into bounty hunting action. I saw him walking back with the Pizza and Soda in his hands then all of a sudden he dropped them and darted off into the street. Next thing I know he tackles this guy to the ground puts one of those plastic tie things around his hands to “cuff” him (which oddly enough he always had on him) and then he called the police from his cell phone. His wife never bitched again for him hanging down at Funco after that. You see she used to call the store looking for him all the time and we’d always have to lie for him and say he wasn’t there…

After Funcoland closed its doors for the last time on November 18, 2001 I never saw or heard from Mike the Bounty Hunter ever again. I did however see his wife down at the Silverton Car Wash. She told me that Mike had ran off with some 22 year old “hussie” and was never heard from again. If you ever saw Mike’s wife then I think you’d understand why he did. (Not that I’m condoning such a horrible thing) So today my friends I dedicate today’s post to the memory of Mike the Bounty Hunter. You were too much of a character to ever be forgotten…

In other news:
Megan made this for me:

Which I thought was sweet. Its supposed to signify how I am inside of her……..MIND and she is inside of mine. Because we apparently share the same brain. I however feel it is an August Valentine…

Phase Two of Trenton Home Preparation is almost complete. Tonight we will be done with Phase Two and we’ll be ready for Phase Three, which Kay and I will tackle ourselves. Or maybe we’ll just tackle each other like we did inside of the Wawa…;-)

Well thats all for today…

Till next time…”The Day the Earth Caught Fire”

Bulletproof…I Wish I was. So last night Me, Firehouse, Kay, and Kenny D voyaged to the far away land of Camden, NJ where apparently all of NY’s Radiohead fan’s were as well. For of course the Radiohead concert. Then upon arrival and purchasing of beer we climbed the steps of the Tweeter Center and as soon as our feet hit the grass Radiohead began. It was an emotionally moving experience as always and I nearly cried 4 times. Damn Thom Yorke and his crazy fetus dancing and his ogre looking bass player Colin Greenwood! Oh well. It was fun, It was good company, and Wawa on Rt 70 in Medford is the slowest at making sandwhiches…

Today I have to paint my ceiling at the Trenton home with big BobPiotrowski. Phase two has begun…

Till next time…”Two and Two Will Always Make A Five…”
